【简介】 减粘剂HK-1818含有表面活性剂，能够有效地降低油品的粘度、提高热效率、降低动力损耗。本助剂热稳定性好、抗水性强，在芳香族及脂肪族烃类中溶解，不含卤素和重金属元素。

【性质】 本助剂外观为棕黄色或黄色油状液体，对人体有刺激性。其质量指标为：

【用途】 本助剂主要用于降低乙烯装置的原料、急冷油和炼油厂渣油等油品的粘度，降低能耗，延长设备运行寿命。

注入量：一般添加浓度为1µg/g~5µg/g（以物料计）。可先添加8µg/g，运行数日，然后逐渐减少至5µg/g，观察效果，确定最佳添加量。

注入点：添加部位需根据系统减粘的要求，以保证助剂与工艺介质在进入系统时充分混合为准。

注入方式：本助剂可用计量泵在常温或现场温度下连续均匀地注入，如需要也可用溶剂稀释成一定浓度的溶液后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重为170±0.5公斤。

【储运】本助剂易燃、低毒，运输时应防止日晒、雨淋及冲击，储存于干燥、阴凉及通风处，远离热源和火源。

[Brief Information] Viscosity Control Agent HK-1818 can effectively lower viscosities for oil products, increase heat efficiency and decrease power loss. It contains surface active agent and no halogen or heavy metals. It has good thermostability, strong water-proof performance . And it is dissoluble in both arene and fatty hydrocarbon.

[Properties] HK-1818 is a brown or yellow oil-like liquid, highly water-resistant, and its quality specification is as follows:

[Application] HK-1818 is applicable to lowering viscosity of naphtha, quench oil, residuum for ethylene plants and refineries.

Injection quantity: 1µg/g~5µg/g(medium basis). The normal injection volume at the beginning is 8µg/g, and gradually reduced to 5µg/g to observe the result for determining the final injection volume.

Injection position: Make sure the full mix of the agent and medium before entering the equipment when chose the injection point.

Way of Injection: The additive may be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with solvent to a given concentration before use.

[Package] Barrels with plastic lining or plastic barrels. Net weight: 170±0.5kg.

[Storage and Transportation] The agent is inflammable, low-toxic, should be away from fire or heat sources when storage or transportation.
